  • During the initial session, we'll discuss your reasons for seeking therapy, your goals, and establish a foundation for our work together. It's an opportunity for you to share your story, and for us to explore how I can best support you.

  • Sessions typically last 55 minutes. Extended 90-minute sessions are also available for a more in-depth exploration. I also offer 30-minute sessions for those looking to gain support and connection in a short period of time. Pregnancy planning sessions are all 50 minutes. Sessions held in-home are either 50 or 90-minutes and require an additional fee for travel.

  • Yes. I am considered an in-network provider with most Cigna, United, and Aetna plans.

    For other insurance providers, I am considered out-of-network. However, I can provide a super bill for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

  • A standard 55-minute session is $145, while a 90-minute session is $200. Payment can be made in cash, Venmo, HSA, and credit/debit cards.

  • Yes, confidentiality is a top priority. Information shared during sessions is kept strictly confidential, with exceptions only as required by law or in cases where there is a risk of harm.

  • The number of sessions varies based on individual needs and goals. We'll discuss a personalized treatment plan during our initial sessions.

  • Please provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations to avoid a $100 late cancel fee.

  • Yes, currently all sessions take place online for your convenience and flexibility. *In-home session possible within a 30-mile radius of MCCo office location. Additional fees apply.

  • I specialize in child development and perinatal mental health, offering support to women, new moms, and parents. My focus includes addressing issues such as stress, anxiety, burnout, relationship dissatisfaction, life transitions, postpartum depression, postpartum anxiety, perinatal loss, infertility struggles, parent coaching, co-parenting, and single motherhood. I also have advanced training in NPD and high-conflict divorce/ch.ld custody situations

  • I primarily work with women aged 18 and up. I specialize in working with women on their journey of motherhood. I reserve a limited number of spots for adolescents and teens aged 12 and up. I do not currently work with children under the age of 12 years old because I strongly believe they find more success with in-person therapy, which I do not currently offer.

  • Counseling focuses on emotional well-being, while coaching is goal-oriented and future-focused. We can discuss which approach aligns best with your needs.

  • Yes, I offer group therapy sessions. Please inquire for more details about current groups.

  • Yes, research shows that virtual therapy can be just as effective as in-person sessions. Online sessions offer greater flexibility and accessibility. If you prefer in-person therapy, I can provide you with a few referral options.

  • I am not a crisis clinic, meaning I am not accessible 24 hours a day. If you're experiencing a crisis, please call emergency services. Additionally, I'll provide resources for immediate support during our sessions.
