MCCO is an in-network provider with most Aetna, Cigna, and United plans. All other insurance providers will be considered out-of-network.
For those out-of-network plans/clients, if you have a PPO insurance plan, you can likely access my services as an out-of-network provider.
I'm more than happy to furnish you with a receipt that meets insurance criteria, which will allow you to pursue reimbursement for the services.
Should this option interest you, please reach out to your insurance provider to check the specifics of your coverage. Additionally, you may explore utilizing a flex spending account (connected to your primary insurance) or a health savings account (HSA) to cover the costs of your psychotherapy sessions.

I value your commitment to your well-being and the therapy process. If you are unable to attend therapy for any reason, 48 hours advance notice is required.
If you do not cancel at least 48 hours in advance, a $100 late cancellation fee will apply.
Prior to beginning therapy, a card will be required to be held on file in our secure EHR platform. This card will be charged in the event a cancellation fee needs to be charged.

For private pay (clients not utilizing insurance benefits): You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 800-985-3059.
